Unitech Cotspin was founded in 2011 with a strong ambition to become recognised as a top-tier yarn manufacturing facility. The mill was built in Himmatpur Village in the Sabarkantha region of Gujarat, and it has cutting-edge spinning technology that was secured to support our mission of delivering customer satisfaction while giving us control over the production process. The capacity of 30,000 spindles allows for a daily output rate of 20 tonnes of yarn.
The Unitech Cotspin has advanced with the most cutting-edge spinning facility, with the plant operating 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, leaving its mark on the raw cotton business. The high levels of customer satisfaction they receive are a reflection of the confluence of time-honoured ideals of Quality, Reliability, and Technology, reinforced by the skills of a highly qualified team.

Driven by a vision of growth, we expanded our operations and established Shreeram Cotton Industries. This milestone allowed us to reach new markets, broaden our customer base, and strengthen our position in the industry.
Recognizing the need for diversification, we ventured into different textile segments by establishing Shreeraj Cotton Industries and Ashriwad Textiles. This strategic move enabled us to offer a wider range of products and cater to diverse customer demands.
To ensure greater control over our supply chain and maintain the highest quality standards, we added vertical integration by establishing Shreeraj Oil Mill. This allowed us to process our own cottonseed oil, further enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of our operations.
A significant milestone in our journey, the establishment of Unitech Cotspin Ltd marked a new era of enhanced production capabilities. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and a dedicated team, we positioned ourselves as a reliable and competitive player in the textile industry.
Committed to sustainability, we embraced renewable energy by installing a 1 MW solar rooftop system. This eco-friendly initiative reduced our carbon footprint and paved the way for a greener future, aligning our operations with our environmental values.
Taking our sustainability efforts further, we expanded our renewable energy infrastructure with the installation of 2 MW ground-mounted solar panels and a 2.3 MW wind mill. These initiatives solidified our commitment to sustainable practices and reduced our reliance on non-renewable energy sources.
Continuing our quest for innovation and growth, we embarked on a new chapter by launching the Knits Division at Unitech Cotspin Ltd. This expansion allowed us to cater to the evolving needs of our customers and diversify our product portfolio, offering a wider range of high-quality knit textiles.
